There are many beautiful representations of Christ the Saviour as our light, but the simple and poignant symbol of Him leading us down the darkened and norrow path of life is one that i have often drawn comfort from. To me, the verses of the beloved 1833 Hymn Lead Kindly Light capture perfectly that trails of life's journey, the comfort of His guidance, and the need for faith in every footstep along the way.
